JingKeXin respects and protects the privacy of every visitor. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website, how it is used, how it is stored, and the rights you have. We commit to collecting only what is necessary and never selling your personal data to third parties.
Information We Collect

- • Country, region, city (provided by Cloudflare / Vercel GeoIP)

IP Address Masking
To balance analytics needs with privacy, we mask all visitor IPs before storing them:
Admin views and queries only see the masked version. The full IP is used transiently during request processing for country/region inference, then discarded — never written to the database.
Cookie Usage
NEXT_LOCALE: Remembers your language choice (Chinese / English), valid for 1 year. On first visit, we auto-detect language from your IP region and set this cookie. You can change it anytime via the language switcher in the header.currency: Remembers your display currency (CNY / USD), valid for 1 year.lang_hint_dismissed: Records that you've dismissed the language hint bubble, preventing repeated prompts.token: Set only after admin login, protected with HttpOnly + SameSite=Lax, cleared on browser close.
Data Storage & Retention
Visitor logs are stored in our PostgreSQL database. We use an irreversible SHA256 fingerprint as the unique visitor identifier — no personally identifiable information (PII) is stored.
Retention policy:
- • Visit log details: 12 months
- • Aggregated statistics (PV / UV / Top parts): retained long-term
- • RFQ records: 5 years (per financial compliance)

Automatic Language Detection
On first visit, we use the Cloudflare / Vercel GeoIP header to detect your country/region. If your IP is from Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau, or Singapore, we redirect to the Chinese site; otherwise, to the English site.
This detection only triggers when all three conditions are met:
- 1. URL has no

NEXT_LOCALEcookie - 3. Visitor is not a search engine bot (avoids SEO duplicate crawling)
Once you manually switch language, we set a cookie and permanently respect your choice.
Data Security
- • All traffic enforces HTTPS encryption (TLS 1.2+)
- • Admin passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes; 5 failed login attempts trigger a 15-minute lockout
- • All admin write operations are recorded in an audit log (actor, time, IP)
- • Database is backed up regularly; backups are encrypted at rest
- • We never sell or share visitor analytics data with third parties
